Onsite Coordinator – Ontario, CA

A Train Staffing is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to join their team in Fontana, CA!

We’re looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with diverse teams!

Job Summary:

This position is a combination of supervising employees, walking the floors to ensure a safe work
environment, and maintaining a clear line of communication with client management to ensure
successful customer service. Constant availability to employees, clients, and A Train Staffing
management.

Job Title: Onsite Coordinator

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Schedules:

  • Monday and Tuesday 8 PM – 5 AM, Friday and Saturday 11 AM – 8 PM, Sunday 5 AM – 2PM (Wednesday and Thursday OFF)

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
    Must have a valid Driver’s License and Insurance

Essential Functions:

  • Manage all attendance and punctuality for all On-Site employees.
  • Manage On-Site employees through leadership and professionalism.
  • Establish priorities, meet timelines, and deadlines.
  • Ability to closely follow up with all workers’ compensation and injury events.
  • Conduct pre-shift safety meetings.
  • Conduct Material Handling Equipment certifications with employees.
  • Conduct safety walks to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Manage time timekeeping program that is used to keep track of employee hours.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Issue disciplinary action.
  • Constantly updating the employee database.
  • Undertake other tasks as directed by the On-Site Manager.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED.
  • Warehouse/distribution experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office proficient, Excel, and Word).
  • Must be Bilingual – Spanish (read, write, and speak)
